a friend of mine here in NM had a problem with migratory birds. but he got rid of them in a week. How you ask?? one word.......... pirahnas

Don't shoot it. It is just doing what comes natural to it by instinct. Get a dog and the problem will be solved.

Excellent advice. The bird won't come anywhere near where there's a dog.

Or a cat with a crossbow. :)

Your best bet will be the motion sensor affixed with a sprinkler. These are relatively inexpensive and work wonders with all wildlife.

love the idea of the pirahna lmao.

My mother in law has a fake plastic heron that she moves around the garden ,as a heron started eating her koi since she got the fake heron she hasn't lost any.

I would suppose that the reason you all are building ponds with plants and fish and such, is because you like animals and nature and everything. So why are you argueing about killing wild animals? Is it just because some of you want to annoy the others?
