Normally I check all the forums every single day, several times, and respond to every single PM I get, and try to respond to all the complaint threads that I can. And this is what I get? Complaints? Hmmm, gee. That's the warm fuzzy that makes it all worth my time.

Grow up. Leave the trollos alone. Don't expect the mods to be sitting on the ringside of every single altercation, and realize that if there IS a fight--it's likely more than just one person throwing punches.

No offence but a mod is a volunteer job, and I shouldn’t really be complaining, but Don’t you think that I get the "warm fuzzes" when someone makes a personal attack?

I got what you meant. What I meant was sometimes a jerk and jerky remarks are entertaining... :D
 
I know- I just didn't want to add anything to the conversation that could be even remotely construed as a personal attack :D. And I agree- they can be sometimes, but you didn't miss anything spectacular in these threads.

Thanks to you and all the other moderators that do a thankless job riding herd on a bunch of..er..well..whatever you call us when you mutter under your breath...

You guys have to remember that we have almost 24,000 members at this time. We can not be everywhere at all times. You also have to remember that we do a lot of things that you guys never see because we dont feel a need to bring them up. Anyone that has been here for a length of time knows the troubles that we have had in the past and in short, I would say that these boards run pretty smoothly concidering how many members we have. We (the mods) rarely have to converse with each other because we cant stand each other (heheheeh). No really, we rarely have to because there isnt a whole lot that goes on on these boards. When something does happen, you can bet that we do talk to each other to take care of things. Anyone that wasnt here a year or so ago, should have been to see how things were going then. :troll:
