What all do you add to the tank chemical wise? The actual product "cycle" should not affect the ph, and is not really useful in terms of bacteria and helping get the tank cycled. Since you have fish already, daily water changes (or at least enough to keep amonia and nitrite to 0) are all that will get the tank on the right track.
