You're not seriously going to suggest applying that directly on such an open and deep wound are you? Would be tortuous... clean water (for now).

80 LITERS???? is approx. 20 gallons. Are you sure you dont mean 80 gallons? If 80 galllons, great.

PS: I suggest just clean water... no meds. Applying ointment will only stress him out and stress is not something you need him to deal with right now.

If you found a 20 gallon tank, though small, it would still work as a hospital tank.
Even if you don't have a filter, you can pick one up, hang it on/set it up, start it cycling and do MASSIVE water changes to prevent any problems. He needs daily water changes anyhow....

Wow, those are some serious wounds. To be perfectly honest with you, I wouldn't invest too much money in trying to save this fish. I highly doubt he will live another 3-4 days. I would euthanize him ASAP....but that's ultimately your decision. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.
