O.k. we get your point, quit trying to pick a fight. You made your statement and I (don't know about other people) don't care. Nothing can ever be said that will change me or what I do. All you are doing now is arguing for the sake of arguing. Unless you are going to give factual evidence or examples to support your opinion, please, keep it to yourself.

I stopped talking about my stance on hunting deer many posts ago. You're just still letting it bother you.

Just for humor sake.

I wasn't talking about your stance on deer hunting. And apparently you didn't understand the post, otherwise you wouldn't have posted. You won't get the last word.
 
Of course, killing is bad. But killing a deer for food with a gun is a hell of a lot better than the deer causing a car accident.

Of course, the problem with too many deer stems from hunting (over-hunted the predatory populations), but that's another hot topic.

In summary:
deer + gun = food/population control/recreation = good
deer + car = death/damage/mess/lots of $$$ = bad
 
Again.........deer ARE a PREY animal.....always have been. I still see NO difference in a deer being hunted and killed by a mountain lion.....or a man.....they're still just as DEAD....and get eaten besides.....

And they sure taste mighty good too !

Unless you are a vegan...you kill and eat something...........in fact....I have read a comment that was posted as somebodies signature somewhere....that was pretty funny.....lol...

Carrots too are a LIVING organism...just because they can't get up and run away from you....doesn't mean they don't have feelings too.....

IN FACT......that's even MORE cruel than hunting an animal that at least has a chance to get away !!!!

Some people like to eat meat, and those people have every right to do so. Not everyone wants to be a vegetarian. If you eat meat and are opposed to hunting then you are a hypocrite. I really don't want to get into a long debate about this, but this thread seems to be headed in that direction unfortunately.
 
That's a good point. Think about it. Fields of defenseless carrots lined up in terror to await the inevitable day when they are ripped out of their homes to be sliced, diced, chopped, hacked and cooked alive. Orange blood oozing everywhere over their lifeless carcasses. Oh the humanity :eek:

Just like when I get the lawm mower out. The lawn starts moaning and you should see the blades of grass cringing in hopes of not getting cut up!
