Weird pimple like bump on my white goldfish.¿?

I was at my mothers house all week but my dad still would feed my fish when I was gone. I came back today and looked at them to find that there is a zit/pimple like bump on my white goldfish's eye. I haven't had any other problems with any of the other fish but I wanna know if I should put this goldfish in a separate aquarium if it is contagious.

Looks like you've got this goldie in with tropicals. You generally don't want to mix cold water fish with warm water. I'd get this fish by itself for now. Could be a water quality problem or a parasite/disease. You could get away with a 20L or 29g for awhile for a comet/common goldfish, but eventually they'll need a large tank or pond
