Well, I moved all of the fry into my 20long planted tank.   I removed the female ram I had in there and the fry are sharing it with 2 panda cories, 3 threadfin rainbows and 2 ottos.
They're looking good. Sploke, As soon as I see them pairing up and I can tell male from female you can swing by and pick some out....though I'm reaserving the nicest pair for myself
Some of them are quite a bit larger than others. I think putting two different spawns together is probably the cause of that...even though they are only a week apart in hatching....it's enough so that the older ones keep the younger ones cowed enough that it effects thier growth somewhat. One of the reasons I put them in the planted tank. I'm hoping the extra room and plant cover helps that. Either way, once the larger ones are removed the smaller ones should pick up. I filled the 10 fry tank with the stapp fry I've had in a 5...so I can't seperate out the larger rams from the smaller.
