What are some hardy breeds of tetras??

I have neons, and some red colored breed with black tips on their fins but from everything I read neons are not very hardy. Any suggestions?

Most tetras are hardy, especially cardinals, emporers and blue tetras.

What are the red tetras I have? They are not bleeing heart. I am trying to figure it out. They are red with black on them. So stay away from neons?

Diamond Tetra's are great. I have 6 and they have done wonderfully, even surviving the cross-country trip from Maryland to Arizona.
