Yes along with silver-tipped, penguins, diamonds, black skirts, red phantoms, lemons, beacon, Buenos Aires, black phantoms, glass bloodfins, bloodfins, black neons, glowlights, serpaes, cardinals, neons, rummy-nose and rosy tetras. In my experience at the very least.
Might I add that you have to be very careful with what you get. Most tetras are vicious fin nippers.
I agree with the black skirt tetras. Very sturdy. I have a school of about 10 and enjoy them a lot. Mine are in a 120 gallon with 16 congo tetra and 7 emperor tetra.
