Actually I got help today from HER father... He told her to leave me alone as to what to put into the tank... I guess she was discussing this with her parents today... LOL... I think the tide might have changed..

Its official... Yeah.. She has conceded that the tank is mine, but I just can't do "anything stupid" with it..

Ok.. So what would be a great practical joke that would be harmless to the cycle process????
 
Put in a "guy" background scene on the tank (if you have a clear back). I'd use a bar scene, poker table, football field, or basketball court! :headbang2:
 
Just curious as to why the thought of getting live marine plants wasn't an option? I have always wanted some shaving brush plants but I live in California and they are not allowed in this state for some reason (sure there is a legit one, I just don't know it). The Maiden’s Hair plant looks pretty nice IMO as well.
 
Yeah, there are some really nice DT macros out there, that have a lot of color and look fine and are manageable in a DT.

And I think you should (just for one day) put a giant Godzilla in there just to see what she says :)

Honestly.. Because I have not seen one local pet store carry anything except for some Chaeto (sp??) around here.. I have some of that in the refugium.. I know that I could have them shipped but I don't do that with anything except non-alive items because I can't choose the quality of the item I am receiving..
