Found another dog..

wow, noodles... wel, I know with the bree of Akitas, they are typically one owner type personality dogs. I know a guy who had one who was cool with men but still couldn't be totaly trusted if someone moved too quickly and he absolutely hated women. The only one he could be trusted with was his owner. And this guy was in a family of 9.
 
Yea, apparently it was a really toxic combination of breeds. I have learned to do lots of research before buying a dog, that's for sure!

that's my take on it too, chef and if the issue is that the athorities don't do anything more than slap the wrist, then move it up a notch...

these days, it's unheard of for dogs to be treated in such a manner and it sure sounds like your neighborhood is a hot spot for what could be good media coverage. With how serious animal abuse is taken these days, there's no way that that should go unnoticed.
