true.. you could do 3 pictus cats then.. all geos can do fine with jack dempseys.

wouldnt the brazilian eartheater pick on the others... would the jack dempsy really be ok with them? what other cichlids would be ok with them?

My brazilan eartheater never bothered anyone. yeah the jack dempsey shall be fine. Severums, uaru, blood parrots, etc..

is there any way in the world i can keep a clown knife or a BGK in a 90 until it gets too big and then my lfs will take it.

What I REALLY want is

flagtail
dat
knifefish
a catfish of some sort

umm yeah you could do that..
how about this:
1 flagtail prochdulis
1 Thin-bar dat
1 Royal or plain clown knife
1 Oxydoras Niger, megladoras irwini, rapheal , sydontis frontus, sydontis eruptis (google each catfish see which one you like)
1 fire or tt eel

1 Geophagus altifron
1 Thin Bar/Silver Dat
1 Eel (If feel like they would die because they would try to bursy themselves and get scrathced)
1 Flagtail
4 Silver Dollars

Sounds good........... The eel would be fine. Just put a cave or 2 in their for him. My tt eel just has a cave and he's happy. He gets handfed worms.. :duh: don't get a reddevil they'll kill the flagtail, knife definately, datnoid, and eel,harrass and cause ick to silverdollars, and always bother the geo. Severum would be the best choice. :)
I'll post some pics of my thinbar dats and eel for you if you want. Then when I get my flagtail I'll do the same.
