It's not a good idea to mix comps or calvus in mbuna tanks. They are incompatible in terms of diet, and the aggression/activity level of mbunas is stressful for the altolamps. Add on to that the slow growth rate of the compressiceps, and you can have disaster.
You're better off paying more for specific species which at least have a better chance of being pure, rather than trying your luck with the assorted/mixed africans.
salvinis normally mix well with other aggressive Central American cichlids, even larger ones, since they are very aggressive for their size. Smaller tankmates you can try could be neets, but I've never tried that myself.
Normally festivums are among the most docile of the non-dwarf cichlids, right there with angels in that category. They typically fit in well with other not so aggressive SA cichlids (geos, sevs, chocolates, etc.)
Oscars and sevs are pretty docile, and your jag and RD are pretty established already. Is there any chance you could house those 2 somewhere else? otherwise it is not a terrible stocklist other than the dietary issues with the mbuna
I wasn't trying to be rude to you, and my issue is not about mixing African and American cichlids, the issue is also incompatibility based on simpler things such as adult size of some of the fish mentioned. The mbunas have different diet requirements that will result in problems (i.e. bloat) if...
puffers are too aggressive to be in with neons and guppies, although unless the guppies are fancy guppies, the puffers might not be able to catch up to them most of the time.
I tried mixing my ACF with my South American cichlid and they tend to pick at it a little too much for the frog to be comfortable, so I wouldn't do it. And these aren't particularly aggressive cichlids either (geo, sevs)
If this is a stock list for a 125 gallon, you might eventually end up with just the jag and/or red devil. Anything else in there will be at risk, especially the smaller fish like some of the mbunas.
If money is an issue as to why you can't buy the water conditioner you need to set up a tank, I think you should forget the tank and spend fish-related money on necessities
