A couple more recipes for snail food

ah okay, I was worried it would float for some reason. Thanks!
It's why Rachel suggested in her recipes to make sure there are no thick bubbles when doing the mix.:)

make it all the time and then it in the freezer after its cut and i drop them in every morning and it sinks straight down and they are on it immediately

Thanks for the recipes. They sound interesting and shall have a try some time soon!
Just a quick question. How fast do mystery snails grow? Mine have only just hatched in the last few days!

Growth rate is dependent on food supply and temperature although the faster the snail grows, the shells don't appear to thicken which could leave it prone to shell damages. My canas grow rather quickly even in a temperature of 24 degrees Celsius compared to the diffusas. Diffusas are always slow to me but it can vary among the siblings.

Oh thanks so much for that info I had trouble finding this sort of info anywhere else. I have like 150 little babies, they are so cute, about 2mm each and then I have one slightly larger one that is 6-7mm, not sure how that happened, maybe it hatched before the others?

maybe it hatched before the others?
Even if it hatched before the others, some will eventually catch up to it. It just appears to grow faster than the others. It will happen. Growth rates varies. Some siblings will take a long time, others grow quickly.

I made my snail jello today, baby food was mixed veggies, I added krill and plankton flakes and spirolina flakes , also added shrimp pellets as well. I can not wait to try this tonight. I plan on buying all kinds of baby foods to try and since i have soooo much fish food I will be making many different kinds. :)

ok, what I made today was a huge and I mean huge hit. to bad the snails did not get close to it that often  but my fish went mad over it.
