arowana is not eating food for 4 days

My aro was healthy and was eating his food regularly but he suddenly stopped eating 4 days ago and he sometimes stay's still for a long period of time without moving at the top of the tank (he occasionally moves but not as much as he used to before he stopped eating), and also I found this in his tank (image 2). Please help me know what's wrong with my arowana.

I would suggest that this is not the better forum of thw two with the same owner. If you loo at the links at the top of the page you should see one for MFK Forums. I would suggest you head over there for an answer as many of the folks there keep Aros and you should get help fast.
