CONFESSION! I FLUSH FISH!

Rbishop, clearly you do not care about flushing your fish because you don't see fish in your tank, you see little price-tags with fins.

I think it's honestly a little hilarious that you have to do all this ridiculous research to find the perfect reasoning and logic behind this whole issue when it's rather simple. I wouldn't flush my fish, because I like them. I enjoy caring for them and keeping them alive in a healthy environment.

I guess you couldn't care less about your fish!

And really do we need to compare the intelligence of animals to try and justify how cruel/detached we can act towards them? Is a cat really that intelligent? So it can recognize a name, be trained to do a few little tricks... yeah, brilliant. And in no way connected to the issue at hand.

I'll return here after a couple more hours of sleep.
 
11 pages and no one thought to say that if Bob really feels how he does, why dont you just take the fish out and use a blunt knife to cut it into small pieces while its still alive? You probably don't because that would make you a sick ****. Ergo, don't put live fish into a sewer system when there are so many easier ways to kill it with far less distress.

Why flush when you can Shake n Bake... seriously.. free food!

Also that one statement about treating the tank with meds.... where do people dump that water changed laced with meds? Down the toilet? In the grass? Hopefully strained many times with numerous meshes, than self drank to help recycle.

Garbage Disposal and it's over instantly. Doesn't get any quicker than that. Now if it's already dead then yea, toilet .
