Does anyone keep Cyrtocara Moorii with Mbuna?

Sweet.

My very nice breeder guy doesn't have any Borleyi left but he might have one or two left over in his 'left overs' so I'll probably be only be able to get one.

The Afra are now 'White Top Afra' but all others are there and ready.:)

Your tank is already cycled, just add them at once doing the normal acclimatization procedure. I added in my 55gal 28 juvie mbunas originally without any problems. So, you don't have to worry; IMHO.

Agreed with efors papaw knows his stuff hehehe sorry efors.. yeah just a regular acclimate should be ok..

Just a quicky.

Since I've filled upmy tank now with all the rocks etc, volume is coming out approx 280L (which is 74 US Gallons - say 70 US Gallons worst case).

This is what I am thinking numbers wise or should I add more:

6x Yellow Labs
4x Moorii
3x Afra
3x Rusty
1x Borleyi
1x Featherfin Synodontis.

Is that enough fish? Will I have any problems? Increasing the Afras and Borleyi isn't really possible, but should I increase the Labs and the Rustys maybe?

I would def increase those rusty's to about 6 as well so they will be more focused on each other labs sound fine..

:iagree:. I would also increase to 6 the number of C. afra (why it isn't possible?). A total of 24 fishes is very good to a tank with a size like yours, IMO.

Fish are here Dudes!

My breeder (very, very nice man) delivered them himself on this fine, crisp sunday morning. No extra charge!

I didn't have chance to increase the number of Rustys, but I got 4.

Anyone in the North West of the UK wants Malawis, go to Mal Rimmer. Fish look fantastic and are a fraction of the price in shops.

You finally want to see some pics now I'm stocked?

HERE IT IS....
