Come to think of it, DD; it almost sounds like you're admitting to a connection between you and pappy there?? Might be interesting to go back and look at your interaction with an eye to distancing... :huh:. Just a thought.

Woods retraction and non revote puzzles the town. They go to look for him and find him dead.

Cause of death is testicular elephantiasis. This was only figured out days later during autopsy. With the naked eye his testicles were no bigger then chickpeas. **** they must have been tiny beforehand lol.

Woodward is the worst mafia player of all time. At least he was a scumbag, there was a point when I thought he might actually be lying about that too.

Okay, my job has been busy lately, so the only time I have to get on is when I get home. But here's some thoughts I've had in looking the thread over. I've been looking at rich quite a bit for reasons I hope will become clear.





Normal first couple posts.



Now it starts to get interesting... Ogre points out Woody's now infamous third vote on Zaffy.



Rich's first post of any real content. Seems to me like he found a reason to post (the vote), and then added a subtle deflection from Woody's action.



Again, deflection.



This is rich's response to Woody naming him. Don't get me wrong. Woody was a non-communicator so I give no stock to the names because he mentioned them. However I'm looking at reactions. Rich makes light of it and barely even responds. I'd have responded to that...

This is a side note, but Ogre, can you explain why we get less info from lynchings? I don't get what you're saying.

I guess this is a dramatic way to say that rich seems to be really laying low. He's posting just enough to try and have a subtle influence without really committing or contributing to anything. Certainly not the town. He's distracting people from something that turned out to be right on, and totally downplaying stuff that anyone else would at least react to. Just seems scummy to me.

So your question is why would I consider blending your and Pappy's posts together? Ummm...because they were both talking about the same thing and I thought you each had 2 different takes on the same incident. So I was comparing the two like people do in every mafia game. So now you're voting for me because you think I am protecting JPap and because I supposedly tried to link the two of you together.

I can see the logic in that, thanks for explaining it.

What I am not understanding, Dawg... is why my take on the incident had anything to do with Pappy's take. Of course Pappy was talking about being surprised you didn't jump on his case, the incident involved him directly. Me, I saw it from the outside and still see it as you trying to make sure you cleaned up pappy's mess well enough by saying "yeah, it was no big deal" (not exactly in those words). So lumping these 2 together, I stilll don't get it as much as you, pappy and now jb tries to twist it to make it seem like I am grasping at nothing.

and the reason I am voting for you is now, again, explained.

Ok, so the only people who didn't vote Wood at some point (and are still around) were Zsand, MC, DD, Rich, and Ogre.

Zs- wasn't really around. Would like to hear his thoughts.

MC- Annie makes a good point about him building a small case for Wood but then saying that he doesn't like the train.

DD- made ONE comment on wood acting strange.

Ogre- first pointed out Wood placing the third vote, but sort of downplayed the train vote as it went on. Less subtle about it though.

Rich- I have to say that I agree with what jb said. He has a few one-liners but never insinuates that Wood is one way or the other.

I do understand that Wood being a non-communicator means that connecting him to a team is nearly impossible, especially at this point. What interests me more is the fact that certain people were wishy-washy about Wood. It was pretty obvious to some people that he was more likely mafia than the rest of the vote getters yesterday. It intrigues me that others avoided it almost entirely. Too afraid of making a splash perhaps?

Based on this my new suspect list is:

I need to read over things more thoroughly but I am not seeing what some of the rest of you are......
Rich - not sure - never sure about Rich so I rarely take him off the list completely however I do not see that he is playing any differently than he always does, middle of the road, flying under the radar. This always makes me nervous, but it is certainly not out of the ordinary for him.....

DD - I usually keep her on my list also as I dont trust her, but 95% of the time I vote her out she is innocent. But regardless, not seeing her confusion/mess up as a sign of scum. Lord knows I have messed up plenty of times and my side played no bearing.

These are my thoughts on the two hot topics of the day. Not taking either off the possible scum list but not seeing what others are so not ready to vote that way.....
I need to go back and read more now that I am on my lunch break to form opinions on the rest........

How does one interpret quoting two posts as lumping the people together? Dawg thought we had contrasting views on the subject and asked which one it was...he thought you said he made a big deal out of it, and I said that he didn't. Turns out we were both on the same wavelength (ie. Dawg downplayed the situation), only difference is I don't find it as scummy as you do. I think your "outside" view is clouded DD.
