Duuude.....what are you feeding your fish??? They are growing like crazy. That goldfish must be pushing 10".....
Can you give us a breakdown on all your fish and their current lengths? Are you feeding them steriods??
LOL Thanks Lousybreed... I think! Buddy the goldfish is around 9" long, and eats everything to excess. I got lazy and just fed the large tank a bunch of dry food last week, which led to his swim bladder issues.
BGK is around 8" long now, but he's so skinny he doesn't look like much.
The loaches have grown from 1.5" to 3" or so for the 5 larger ones. The 2 runts are still around 2"
The Bronze Featherback has put on a couple of inches since I got him. I dont' know what full size is for him but I suspect he's close to it. He's around 10-11" now.
The Gibby I brought home at 10" or so has grown to 13, and gotten faaaaat.
The Common has grown from 12 to 14-15", but the gibby owns the tank because he's massive.
ACF is ACF size, and still dumb as a post
I have a 6" long angelicus in there, but all I ever see are his feelers poking out of the cave, so I can never tell if he's growing. He's an old coot anyway I got for free, so I think he's full sized.
The original silver I had grew from 6 to 11" before he packed it in. Jury is still out on what went wrong with him, but I think it was stress, he was really shy, and the oscar bullied him a bit. My new silver in the grow out was around 2.5" when I got him 3 months ago, and is now around 7"
when they were all small I fed them mostly bloodworms, crickets, and hikari gold. Now that they are larger they get market shrimp, krill, superworms, shrimp pellets, and hikari gold. All depends on what I pull out of the freezer first, and how much time I have for feeding. The loaches all still go nuts for bloodworms. typically I feed twice a day. I used to feed more to get everyone to put on a bit of size.
