Stocking advice for a planted 92 corner tank

I'm just ribbing you a little Frank. I like cichlids, and if I had a 2nd tank, it would be a Tanganyikan setup for sure. As it is, the wife has said that she only wants one tank in the house (I have recovered from a bad case of multiple tank syndrome), but my 5 year old is getting a 20 gallon for a goldfish this week (once I get my other sump operational), so maybe there is another tank in my future. i do have a 55 gallon tank that I can't seem to sell... ;^)
Sounds like prime habitat for a couple Blue Acaras :)

If it turns out that I suck at keeping shrimp, I will probably end up with some Kribs in the planted tank. I might get some if it turns out that I am too good at keeping shrimp too. :)

So, my stupid frag tank that I bought for a sump has a small leak in it. Anyone have a good way to patch a leaky acrylic tank at a seam? I was thinking a piece of acrylic bonded over the problem area from the outside.

I tried going over the seams with solvent last night, and still had a leak this morning. Attacked the problem area again, and it seems to be holding. I will fill and see how it does in the utility room with a floor drain today.

Leaks fixed, and the sump in place with most of the insulation. The wife is worried about this project, but I have been drinking heavily and using liberal amounts of duct tape. What could go wrong?

The remote sump is set up and running. No problems there yet. The next step will be to add a drip auto change setup. I don't know what I am going to do with all of the room in the stand now.

My plants all seem to be doing well. The Crypts melted some when I planted them, but all have at least one new leaf growing now. I actually haven't been able to detect any nitrates for about a week now. I think that the solution needs to be more fish.

I am doing a little rearranging, and when I look at the top of the tank, I realize how deep it is front to back.

Plants are doing okay. I need more fish since I can't keep the nitrates above zero.
