teenagers of AC

Nerdy, you should definitely do 3 years of a world language, even if you just take it CP (or whatever your lowest level of class is) then colleges will still be happy. I know that most want 3 consecutive years of the SAME language (wouldn't let me switch to french, there goes my dream of turning my nerites into dinner) and that some even require 4 years.

I took CAD last semester, and also took it for 3 years in middle school, try to learn what most of the icons represent before you get too far ahead, as it becomes much easier to troubleshoot and figure out how to do something when you have a good understanding of that. It's a fun class if you get the right teacher, although the basic stuff you do is kinda crappy. I'm taking robotics now, and we just play with legos all day. Not that there's anything wrong with that (It's fun as hell), but it's not really challenging.

Just wait till you're paying your own bills lol, then you'll be wishing you were a teen with no worries beyond what's in style :D

I just wanna be able to skip the next 15 years or so into the future so I won't have to worry about figuring out what to do with my life... I'll have already figured it out :)

If you're 19 you had better be paying some bills.

I'm thinking about applying for an internship over the summer instead of getting a summer job this year, I don't need the money but as of right now I have only a couple thousand saved up for college. I have no expenses right now, and am not planning on getting a car until next year at the earliest so no money needed there. I will have to pay about 5-11 dollars a day for commuting, plus about 5 bucks for lunch a day BUT I believe that I would get enough from the internship to suppourt this.

Just got home from regionals for scio. We were 4pts away from making it to state. But to be honest, I am glad we didnt make it. I am tired of staying after every day of the week and not getting homework done or not sleeping much. I am also glad because I finally get to work on the computer club wheelchair robot. I will be putting the scio robot arm on the wheelchair bot. But for now I brought the arm home. I worked way to hard, and put in too many hours to not see this thing run this weekend. So I brought it home and will work on it tomorrow. The 1g air compressor we have at the school struggled to keep up sometimes, and the tiny half gallon or less tank we had on the arm would not have kept up anyway. But my dads 15g air compressor should be enough to keep the thing running for a good five min. I will have a video up tomorrow of it running.

Yes, you are. Your parents must be insane...

They pretty much approve of what we get and make sure we keep the cages clean, my mom likes holding Edward the Russian tortoise and she doesn't care for Jim the bearded dragon
