YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE

I agree! Worst nightmare ever. another reason why im hesitant to set up my big tank... do you know what caused it?

Terribly sorry to hear this and even more so for the animals. Good luck and I hope you are able to save as many as possible. Also good luck with the cleanup, as I hope the damage is at a minimum.

AWWW! ON THE EDGE OF MY SEAT READING THIS THREAD! RIP Ricky!!!! So sorry! Glad you jumped into action and your cat just scatted rather than went after the other fish. Those are some tough guys you have there. I'll be following the recovery. :( Glad you saved Grettal! That would have just torn my heart out- being your first SW fish and all.

Hope the stress along with splash & dash acclimating doesn't bring a case of illness. Keep us updated!

:omg: :jaw-dropping: i'd be:barf:get :mad2: and start :swear: :eek3: and then start to:cry::jaw:  :headshake2: so, so, so, sorry i can't imagine how you feel,..how long has the tank been up? was it new when you got it?

Thats why I set my 100g up in the basement where there is a drain :(
I'm really sorry for your losses and I hope this dosnt discourage you from rebuilding and enjoying the hobby.

I am so sorry. :( Yes, this would be my worst nightmare. It sounds like you did a great job and saving what you could. Sorry about Ricky. :(

Best of luck to you. I hope the cleanup and recovery doesn't discourage you from a rebuild.
