I can take the heat and am very much more happy on this side of the fence. You did brilliantly last game and I give you nothing but props for it. BUT for you of all people to say "just give reasons" (although I have already) is trully laughable. You gave NO reasons and just said I stake my game life on this list. It was a good list and very creatively formed, but don't say that you gave "reasons". What reasons did you give last game? You found a tech method and did not substantiate based on the words posted. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong and you can rally the townies to kill me (but, I don't suspect you'll need them...) . So be it. Info will be had though. Your reactions to the vote are much more interesting to me than anything else.

lol, gave reasons for my innocence, like i wasn't able to be hear, i said this for this reason, i did not give reasons for my list, ..I agree, and I don't think you need lynched, I like playing the game with you, lol, I do need the townies though, I can't singlehandedly take out the mafia, or I would have last game..lol, And, i didn't have a huge reaction originally like you are thinking i did?..I just asked why?, it was sudden IMHO, that was all..you all questioned me very much so, when i just changed my vote, and we are only in the first day of the game.....simple as that, i expect you all to be suspicious, if you weren't, it wouldn't be this game..

Coler, have you given reasoning for those four and I just missed it?

A few thoughts from my side of the board.

1) Mee-mee hasn't said much. She had one post and then nothing. I would expect a little more from her.

2) Where did Cory Lover get off to? another hit and run poster.

3) I guess I could say the same for the other three or four hit-n-run posters.

4) Clown-Lover - what the heck, with all the stats man? Let it go. Very distracting.

I guess the ones that I'm most suspicious of are the very low posters. I mean, it is a Sunday, what better day to get involved. I know I have family, but work starts tomorrow.

Would it be effective to have a limit to how many posts per person each "day?" I mean look at last game. So many posts were either completely unrelated to the game, people going on huge rants about nothing (*cough* neon julie *cough*), and then people taking things waaay to personally. It might take away from the game. Less to analyze but still we already have 13 pages! People don't want to read all that! Simple lists of suspicions and why is sufficent and then when the time comes a post about who you want to vote for. I don't know it's just an idea...

Doesnt give anyone enough info, and favors in for the Mafia...

my idea is still coler, why would he vote for himself, he has to know that voting for himself gives him a disadvantage, and he probably thinks when others see that, they wont vote for him as well.

So a 6 means Mafia or not

Simple.. I'll spell it out for you and every one else that doesn't seem to get it.

In this game we have 4 new people and 14 old people. While everyone has an equal chance of being selected as mafia, the 14 old people have a higher overall percentage of being selected than the 4 newbies.

Any of the statements stating a specific person would make a great mafia are simple accusations that have been made to see what type of response if any was given based upon their previous gameplay as a stratigic person. Most of the people I have singled out in this way were lynch players in the last game and not guppies. So now that that part is out.. was it the response given the one that I was looking for or something completely off the wall. Could that response lead me to believe that this person truely is mafia or am I barking up the wrong tree..

HN was a newbie in game 4 and he was a Mafia..so any newbie can be a Mafia...

It is early yet. But I think a few Mafia may have already betrayed themselves.

Nope not fully. Here they are :

1. Judgemax...initial paranoia just based on post style, naming Malbri as a suspect and gave what I thought were really bogus reasons and mostly jumping straight in on joander, who I think made a newbie mistake. Then the reaction to HN's vote.

2. Sploke...first post made me queasy...voting for Malbri made me very interested. Defending JM

3. Dangerdoll...fingerpointing, no voting.

4. bkw...I just think something is up here. Bkw is my weakest suspect and I don't have much confidence in this one.

The others are much of a muchness.

If Jo is mafia and I suspect he very well might be, I still say that JM presents a greater threat. She has proven herself to be very smart and creative and quite frankly, I don't trust her thus far (Not that I trust anyone). She has gone from extremely defensive to "cheery" when confronted. Some players have come to her defense *without logical reasoning behind it) and others have been "out of character" and distancing themselves from the entire conversation. Right now my top 4 are JM, Ice, Jo, and Z. Turn up the heat townies!
