Your tank & fish look to be doing well. Sometimes wait & see is the best we can do for them. 3 weeks is not a long time, be patient. Lots of water changes & good food may help. Good luck! Keep the pics & updates coming, we're following along.

They are average size.
He does have some veil angels but that just means they have long fins.
