ID new fish

I'm definitely on board with 4 being Rosy Barb now. They've colored up a bit since this morning, and there's definitely that black spot on the tail.

I'm leaning toward P. buffei cause of the tail splotches. Really hard to say for sure though. Maybe I'll post over on planetcatfish and see if I can get some expert opinions this afternoon.

Better pics would make this easier, but my GF took the digital camera to school today.

Any more opinions about #1? Tetra, but which kind? Give me specific charactoristics as to why. I know the pic isn't great, but given specific things to look for, I can verify in person.

TIA

Anyone have opinions about compatibility with Boesemani? They are my pride and joy, so their safety and comfort is first priority. Leaning towards leaving him out of the 55g.
The more I look the more places I'm finding saying that Boesemani and Rainbow Sharks will do well together.

Anyone care to chime in about that?

I've never owned Boesemani's so I can't comment. I do know they cannot be with any other torpedo shaped fish (as they are) that are bottom dweling, as they will harass them. Ive had the experience myself. The only thing they didn't bother with was the plecos as far as bottom feeders. Any other fish (which would include your Boesemani), I would think they'd be ok with. They never bothered any of mine... and that includes Angels.
