My goldfish is pooping A LOT. No, like, really, A LOT.

Well, maybe try doing a 25% wc and see if that perks them up a little bit. Other than that, you just kind of have to wait & see if they start showing signs of anything else. Without other signs, or water readings, it's kind of hard to know if there's anything else going on, or what to do about it. They're still pooping, but just smaller length strings, correct?

Yeah. Still not normal lengths but shorter, and less frequent....hmmm, now that I think about it they might be constipated. I'll do the water change tomorrow night after I get home from work. Should I try the peas in the morning?

I love your fish names. Your snail Mordin made me smile =) I love video games

My boyfriend looked at me like I was crazy when I suggested it. Lol. Everyone fits their names so perfectly though. Like lydia (skyrim) is always in ratchets way and following him around and bumping into things.

I don't know what you guys play but feel free to add me if you like.

PSN: nepherael
XBL: Mahhbals (yeah I was about 15 when I made that GT lol)

I have a ps3, 360, ps vita, 3ds, and some PC MMO's.

Since I started keeping fish I've been almost non existent in the gaming world. It's really weird because gaming has always been my favorite hobby. My fishies have taken my life over lol XD

K. And mine have too, I really hope they're ok. :(

Well, I took out two peas, and de shelled them....cut them into EIGHTHS, because I wanted to be sure nobody choked. You know what Ratchet does? Take the biggest piece, which is probably more like a 6th, and starts choking. I tried to catch him, but he swam away and hid and now I can't find him. I suctioned out all the uneaten pea bits and a little of the poop (have to finish that tonight), but now I don't know what to do. Maybe I'm just not meant to keep fish. :(

Never mind we're good! He got it out by himself. I left to type that and as soon as I came back the offending pea was on the bottom of the tank and ratchet was digging through sand like nothing happened. Silly thing.

You really do need your own test kit, just reminding you. I would let that tank temp fall...68-72 is perfectly fine for them. Just the two in the 75 right? What water conditioner are you using on the water changes? IME, bottom sitting isn't that unusual in fancys. ANy live plants they may be nibbling on? ANd what filter there right now?
