Post your FOWLR tank pics here!!!

Here's my 75G approaching a year old now. I've done very little to it in the last 4 months, however. Just letting it do it's thing and mature the old fashioned way.

The fish and critters include a pair of Blue/green Chromis, and Yellow Watchman Goby, Lawnmower Blenny, Flame Angel, numerous Hermits, snails, Crabs, Shrimp and one very healthy Choco-chip Star. He's interesting to watch and makes for a great conversation piece, but will be removed when I go reef.
This tank has seen every species of algae known to man during the past year...lol. It seems the Coralline is truely beginning to spread the last few weeks. I'll give it another month or two before I'll call it 'mature.'

Thanks, I'll be happier when the red hair algae disappears. It's slowly but surely going away. You should have seen it 2 months ago. Wow.

Ya whats all that cool algae on it? Looks like a party!

lol..yeah. I see a new type of algae pop up every so often while another type disappears. Even a year later, I'm seeing algae pop up that I haven't seen before on this particular rock. It's a pretty interesting cycle of dying off and regrowth of various species of algae. Must be part of the natural maturation process.

I just want to share pics of some of the coolest live rock I've ever seen. It's called totoka - seems it's not so well known just yet but by the looks of this stuff I can't see why it's not going to be pretty popular.

I bought some standard Fiji for the bottom. These are pictures of them just tossed into a 29g tank to cure - not aquascaped....nothing to critique or what not. Just enjoy the natural beauty of these awesome rocks. :)
