ok now i need help

Yes thanks salty .
I did do reading where people have done dips after dips and still in the end decide to just frag what they can and boil the rest , i just have a feeling its a bad infestation ,as from what i can see their are hundreds just on the anemone ,im afraid whats on the rest .
We will rubbermaid the LR i baught at the store with heater and powerhead ,empty clean and start a new cycle.

Think i can save the sand just wash it in FW ?

if you can find a reef club in your area, you might ask if someone can help you out with a cup of sand or a small live rock to get your cycle going again, once you're done with boiling all that rock. I'm so sad for you, I would be so freaking mad at the LFS you bought the rock from. I'm inclined to suggest you take them the rocks and all the creepy crawlies you're pulling off and dump it on the counter during a time when the store is busy and loudly ask what they're going to do about the fact that they sold you rocks infested with coral eating predators! Am I right to assume you bought your corals and anemone and rocks in the same place? If so, they are probably aware of the infestation and are just hoping to get rid of it all without anyone catching them. And I would blame the store, I mean, I know we take some risk with any live rock we buy, but for the most part, if you're buying supposedly cured rock at a LFS, you don't expect to get it this badly infested with critters that are going to eat anything else you put in the tank! If they're as many as you're saying, then how could they not knowingly be selling the rocks infested. Someone, at some point in the store, has to have handled the rocks and noticed something. In the pictures, it does not look like a friendly little hitchhiker.

Maybe I'm giving them more credit than they deserve, but still, taking the rocks back to them in a bucket and a big baggie full of the lil bugs and asking to speak to a manager can only do good things for your wallet and soul. :grinyes: Even if you never want to buy livestock from them again, you could use some store credit for salt mix. Plus it'll make you feel better. :)

Oh yeah, and from now on, buy your live rock online or from a local reefer if you can find one. Buying from people who are breaking down established tanks is a great way to get a good deal!

Yes thanks ,im going to try and save 100lbs of LR and boil the rest .
with the 100 lbs i will FW dip a few times while im cycling again .
Im afraid if i take it all back they would just resale it and then give someone else the problem .
I did however buy 20 corals from "online or from a local reefer " and i could have gotten it from him too .
After i cycle im going to be god like when i buy corals and QT them a very long time .
Honestly being a newbie i think this has opened my eyes and giving me experiance .
And i refuse to give up , this is AN AMAZING hobby and i really love it so much .
At this point i havent decided to trash and sell (which most newbies would do)so I KNOW THIS IS FOR ME .
Even after this i just so love this and refuse to give up .
Now to get over this hurdle .
I will clean house the next few days ,get things ready for at least 4 days for my family .
Get glue for frags and salt ,i figure by next friday i will start and hopefully have a new cycle starting by monday and then FW dip everything but the anemone in the QT a few months b4 i return them to the 90gl .
pssss hubby doesnt know but i think i want a different tank hehehe , same 90gl but 6 feet instead of 4 so i can reach the bottom which means new stand too lol
we will see how worn out i am by then tho lol

Update , i got my QT box out for the 20gl ,and my mesh fry box on the 90gl and put all my orange/yellow carnations in then got a brand new soft toothbrush and scrubbed the heck out of them (sorry my beautiful corals) I will know more in 24 hours if they will survive but they had a dozen or more spiders on them and im not willing to give up on these corals yet ,so crossing my fingers .But they look good now :-)
Next is my mushrooms .

ps just took mag glass to the stalks and saw a few so ill have to scrub them again poor things

wow, definitely keep us posted. Sorry, I was just angry on your behalf. It definitely makes a case for QTing everything.

Sounds like your tank is similar to mine, except, mine's a bit taller to make it 105. It's a big PITA to get in there and clean or move anything. I'd much rather have long than tall. Good luck!

Another update and my last cleaning for tonight .
I got the rare white mushrooms done and not to sure how they will fare , didnt look good but usually come around after a few months .
I found the mother load of spiders they are currently in the pot cooking , i will save them and snap some pics tomorrow .
I lost a featherduster ,tried to save it but im just a beginner and was deep imbeded in the mother load of spiders .
I found a fireworm ...........scared the crap outa me ......he is now in a tupperware for a pic tomorrow .

Honestly it is a PITA but fun at the same time ,besides the fact i feel like i have bugs crawling on me and got to itch i will keep on .

Im starting to think this toothbrush is a godsent, it works great , and may just try it on the anemone ,poor guy .....i will save him for last b4 i shut down the tank , in case it doesnt work .
I will look for my makeup brushes (that arent cheap grrrrrrrrrrrr) that are softer .
but i have a gut feeling this will work better and give him relief faster .

Will do my best to get pics up tomorrow ,step by step when i do my fav corals of them all , the green star, pink star, and yellow stars.....i hope i dont screw them up

I actually found a pic i took when i only had him 2 to 3 days and can see just above the clowns head .............THATS THE SPIDER ,most are on the face part too .
